A researcher and writer from Beit Lahia. Hassan grew up an orphan and excelled in studying economics. He loved Gaza and its humble people, and his interest in economics drove him to write about their lives under siege and hardship. He concluded his writings with the phrase “Cover me, Safia,” after being worn out by the harsh reality.
